I am giving John 5 stars for his customer service, dedication and knowledge.
I was having some surging problems with my Honda Pressure Washer…thought it would be a gasket that I needed to buy. The gentlemen from this establishment provided me with other steps to take to make sure my problem was solved, and didn’t try selling me unnecessary parts or service. He explained a couple tricks over the phone to get me going and everything worked perfectly. Will definitely give business to this establishment when I’m in need of something, 5 stars!
