I have only been to two different locations but have no problem with either one. The staff seemed very nice and very helpful. They know what they're doing they get blood work done fast and as painless as possible.
didn't bill my insurance and I got a bill a year later from collections saying i owed $450, turns out they never had my insurance on file in the first place
Horrible customer service! Refused to do blood work. Was there an hour and a half before closing and they claimed they wouldn't have time to do the tests. I was THE ONLY person in the waiting room too. They are just lazy!
