I was kicked out of nursing school for TWO seperate false positives after pleading for a second chance they got me again. This lab needs to be shut down, currently dealing with forensic fluids ruining my life with my children, hopefully if enough people complain and file CLIA against them this horrible place will be shut down and families can be families again
This laboratory verbally called and left a voicemail on a third party voicemail saying I had Fentanyl in my system below the cut off mark and have been using it recently. I have never seen or used fentanyl or any opioid in my life. My physical tests were negative. This clinical lab needs shut down for illegal activity including tax payer fraud, slander, violating every single privacy and ethical violation known to man. Beware do not use.
