I have been falsely accused by summit county c.s.b in Ohio of using methamphetamine! My 2 year old child is in there custody for going on 5 months all because of this laboratory. I cannot believe this is happening to me and my son. This laboratory verbally called and left a voicemail on a third party voicemail saying I had Fentanyl in my system below the cut off mark and have been using it recently. I have never seen or used fentanyl or any opioid in my life. My physical tests were negative. This clinical lab needs shut down for illegal activity including tax payer fraud, slander, violating every single privacy and ethical violation known to man. Beware do not use. I smell a lawsuit coming soon… stop ruining lives and breaking families apart with your false positives, unethical employees, and violation of HIPPA. there’s several of us who won’t stop until this place is shut down for good! everybody who has been wronged by FFL, fight it before they ruin your life too.
Why would a place falsely put a positive drug test result in and more then once I am so blown away I haven’t did any drugs or anything we need to get to the bottom of this because it’s not ok we need a straight investigation get all the media and news channels involved and these people need to be held accountable and exposed at the end of the day they are playing with peoples lives and families this issue doesn’t set well with me I’m thinking filing federal lawsuit!
Mixed up my screen with another individuals. Then used a positive screen from the past in place of the screen they messed up.
