Does anyone know how to get a hold of them? I have been trying to call for about a month now and everytime the phone just call is ended automatically. I understand things are out of the normal because of COVID but come on there should at least a number available to get a hold of someone.

We take our son and for an UA on Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock when they returned from lunch. He had court Friday morning and with the 48 hour guaranteed turnaround we knew we would have the results back in plenty of time. After multiple phone calls here it is Friday at 16:50 still no results in no one will return my calls needless to say we did not get them in time for court. I cannot in good conscience or with any kind of faith recommend this lab for any kind of expedient results
The staff is very professional and their results are fast.
