After purchasing a NEW A/C system from them and having a contract for 5 years, we are done with Foremost. Their technicians are not professional nor do they value long term relationships. The wait time for appointments is exhausting. They put a higher premium on break-down situations, not servicing. Go with a smaller, more friendly and technically proficient company - you'll be better off!
After my oil furnace failed, I called Foremost Services on a Saturday to get information on a possible conversion to propane. Sal called me soon after my call and came to my house and made a proposal. Because I had no heat, he was able to shuffle his schedule and arrange to have his men come on Monday to begin the installation process. Because of a snow storm, the furnace could not be delivered and propane service could not be setup until Tuesday but I had heat by Tuesday afternoon. Sal and his men coordinated everything.
