don't recommend foremost realtors is horrible! Marti took my renting and deposit money then ran off. The foremost realtors located at 5115 S 3rd St, Louisville, KY 40214 out of business. I will not give up.
Submitted multiple offers on her listing, called, emailed, texted and nothing. Listing is 40 days old and you wonder why it hasn't sold.
Marti Crisler stood me and my realtor up twice for the same property with zero communication. Had to call the owner of the property to get any kind of response. My only conclusion for this action is Marti is just an unmotivated Realtor. There can be no other rational reasons for standing up a potential buyer TWICE.
After my husband moved out on me not even 4 months into our lease...marty turned around and rented him another property while hes still on my lease being delinquent on.
