I had the worst experience ever. The purchased item did not fit the instrument I had at the office and had to return the item. The company charged me 15% for "restocking". This is the first and last time I buy with these people. Please be careful with ordering from them. Even if you got the wrong item or it does not fit, they are still ahead.

I purchased a Capnocheck II from Foremost. After opening but not using it, my state board said it would be insufficient for their change in monitoring equipment. I was charged $350 to return the product. Not only is this excessive, but when I called to ask about the policy the rep basically blew me off. I will not only never use this company again, but I want to be sure all potential customers know about their extreme returns policy.
