Very unprofessional I arrived at 1:30 for my appointment doctor didn’t start calling names till 3:30 and no one informed me the reason as to why until I got up and had to ask because the wait was getting too long an the place is not clean looks old and run down this needds to be out of business

This place is terrible. If you can’t handle this many patients, then don’t schedule everyone on the same day. Every single visit takes over 3 hours of waiting, and there’s barely anywhere to sit. The environment feels dirty and overcrowded — honestly, it feels like a breeding ground for germs. Very unprofessional scheduling and poor patient experience. I would not recommend this place.

This place is horrible its a hole in a wall. They don't answer they phone been calling g for 2 days. No damn answer. They give you these evening late appointments at 5:15 but I thought they close at 4. This office should be shut down.

I was looking online to see what this place is like because I am not use to Brooklyn I gave to tell you these post scared me I took off work to take my daughter her appointment was 330pm we got there 3pm 330pm she was out it had a couple of pt there but she said that the Dr took 2 second and said your finished only thing I ca say is male sure you go early so youcan fine parking they do not have parking

This place feels like hell on earth. The waiting time is absurd. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM, but I wasn’t seen by a doctor until 7:30 PM—and that’s just the first doctor. I still have two more to go. At this rate, I’ll be lucky to finish by midnight. Makes me wonder if this is some kind of special punishment from GEICO for being involved in a no-fault MVA.
