Shopping for a 14K 20' equipment trailer. Called, told the guy what I was after, and he says "You're looking for a glorified car trailer?"... W.T.F.? When I asked him why he thought a trailer that can take the weight of a skid steer is a "glorified car trailer", he plain hung up. Dude, you're there to sell trailers, not to put down a customer's choice or requirement(s) in a trailer.
Awesome people! Came in needing a bolt on tongue for my trailer that no one had and not only they had one but took the time to install it and help me get my trailer ready for my road trip. Thank you again
The staff was very friendly and helpful and had us out the door in no time with a new trailer.
