Very busy practice. Dr Foreman does about 20 cataract surgeries per week. Lots of nice people but nobody's perfect. Be a little bit understanding and patient.
Receptionist is rude and condescending.
The scheduler sucks. She rescheduled me a week after my original appointment. I called the day I was scheduled to get an earlier time but told me my schedule was next week. She then said that I said I wasn't available so I was rescheduled again. I never said anything about rescheduling again. Baloneys! Good thing I checked or I would have traveled for nothing!
This is a badly run practice. My first appointment began one hour and twenty minutes late. The glasses made from the prescription I was given sent me to the emergency room with extreme vertigo and violent vomiting. And nobody at Foreman Eye Care cared at all. I recommend that nobody use their services.
My first appointment with the eye doctor everyone was so nice and competent. Everything was explained completely and my appointments were booked quickly.
