It seems like everytime I come for a visit I have to wait in the room for over 30 min. It bothers me. I ask if she is on ti.e and told yes, so I assume waiting for 30 mins is normal. I'd like to be told from the beginning that it will be 30 mins or more wait. I like Dr. Cohan and I like the staff, I just don't like waiting 30 + extra mins to be seen.
I rushed to be there on time and then had to wait a long time to be seen. Vendor rep was seen coming and going and delayed all patient appts. Nurses who I spent much time with should wear name badges, so you know who you are confiding with. Name badges would be the professional way to go.
I really liked Dr Cohen. She was very nice and informative.
The office staff very friendly Loved the dr she was thorough and listened well, and kind
Dr. Cohen took her time to explain everything and I felt satisfied with my diagnosis when I left. Great bedside manner for sure.
