I filled out the application for 1 of Mark Foreit properties. Paid my application fee and he NEVER returned any of my phone calls. He sent me to voice mail and sent me text messages asking to speak but never called. How professional is this guy!? I feel slightly robbed and if I were to EVER see him in person, it wouldn't be a friendly confrontation. Never do business with someone like this
MARK FOREIT IS THE SLUMEST LANDLORD OF ALL TIMES. HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE AND HIS APARTMENT BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES, MICE, BIRDS ETC. NEVER RENT OUT AN APARTMENT FROM HIM.!! YOU WILL NEVER GET TO SEE HIM EITHER HE DOESNT EVEN CARE TO LISTEN TO YOUR COMPLAINTS OR CONCERNS. HE IS THE WORST LANDLORD I HAVE ENCOUNTERED INNTHE CITY OF CHICAGO.
