Honestly at the beginning I didn't know what to think but I gave it a try and honestly I'm happy that I did . In the beginning I did have a slight issue with the first car and was quickly switched into another car .
I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. BIG REGRETS. BROUGHT A CAR, HAD ISSUES WITH THE AC. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WAS GOING TO FIX THE AC. THE DAY THE AC WAS FIXED THEY DECIDED TO TAKE MY CAR ON A TWO HOUR TRIP AFTER BUSINESS HOURS WITHOUT TELLING ME. HAD TO REPORT THE CAR STOLEN.NEVER WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD, THIS THE SECOND TIME MY CAR WAS MOVED WITHOUT ME KNOWING. What stood out to me most wasn't even the price it was how well they communicated throughout the whole process. I got updates, answers to every question I had, and zero moments of feeling ignored or brushed off. In today's world, that level of attentiveness is rare. Five stars isn't enough.
bought a 19 SXT charger a few months back and still holding up well! was skeptical about salvage/rebuilt titles but the guys were awesome and informed me everything about it and even showed me pictures of what the car looked like prior to the repairs. i’d do it again anytime! thanks yall
Bought a 17 Ford Fusion from this dealership and had a great experience. Nour and BJ was friendly, the car was exactly as described, and I even took it across the street to Hilbish Ford for an inspection — everything checked out. Definitely recommend.
