Took my car in for diagnostics as a result my car issues was from previous repairs wrong parts installed my another place. Upon finding this out this repair shop decided to fix the problem without notifying me to the tune of $1300. The owner Bob tried to tell me that my husband okayed the work without a price quote?? The diagnostic price was all that was agreed upon $199. Stood directly in front of me and told me cupped tires weren’t cupped after telling me they were nice. Said he’d “set them fire before he took less” He should Doesn’t matter how much they are new if they are cupped and worn unevenly and falsely advertised
