I brought my Alfa Romeo to the service department to have a mirror cap painted and installed. When I first arrived, the mirror cap was painted the wrong color, so I had to wait about 4 hours for it to be corrected, which I was fine with. When I picked up my car, there was a chip in the paint. I had already paid in full, so it was disappointing to see the job wasn’t done to 100%.
