Terrible experience. The customer service was less than subpar. I did not feel like a welcomed prospective buyer. I waited nearly 30 minutes to actually be shown a vehicle. 2 employees from the first building told me they couldn’t show me any vehicles because they were waiting for a customer to show up (they never actually showed up as one of those employees was still walking around by himself by the time I left). I just bought my 6th car from Foreign Cars Charlotte in the last 5 years. All handled by Tony Alfano. Best car guy around. Knows every detail, always available, patient, and never pushy. A pleasure to work with.
Talk about a dealership that doesn't want to sell cars. Was looking to buy a Mclaren gt, and after a week of speaking to a particular salesmen, telling them approvals and funds are arranged, and i am highly interested in buying this car over the others i was negotiating, this person kept telling me they will do things they NEVER did.
