I haven’t ever purchased a car from out of town before. I was nervous about buying a car without looking at it and had to rely on the sales team to help me review every detail beforehand. With the use of Facetime I had a chance to review from 3,000 miles away, the Iridescent Emerald DB12 by having the salesguy walk me through it. I have purchased several vehicles in the past but Terrell Miller made this easily my most pleasant automobile purchasing experience. I recently purchased a used Alfa Romeo Guilia from another dealership that was sent to foreign cars of Charlotte to be repaired. The damage front collision warning light was repaired as well as a physical key missing from the fob was made and synced by Greg. He also performed a used car inventory checklist, as well as a deeper dive on the vehicle, giving it a clean bill of health. Drake Thomas was my salesperson, he was very professional, credible and an excellent communicator throughout the process. I'm very thankfull to Drake for the fair negotiations and getting the 'Finance Team' to beat my Bank's rate to closed on the trade. Add to that, he shipped me the car from Charlotte to NY for free.
