Foreign Car Svc is unprofessional, untrustworthy I took my 2001 Mercedes CLK 430 here because my seats and windows stopped working and changing out the fuses did not solve the problem. The Best Service I take my 2004 Mercedes Benz to these professionals whenever I need service because they do quality work at a fraction of the price that the dealer charges. I have had wonderful interaction with them and will continue to use them as long as I have this car.
Great shop! I am new to the area and a friend suggested I use FCS for maintenace on my Honda. The service was timely, thorough and afforable. I will definitely be using them from now on! It is a great relief to have a car guy I can trust in my new town.
Service Dept I had to have major work on my Toyota. I also wanted them to service the car. They recommended that I have timing belt changed since my car had 100K miles. I mentioned to them that I thought that I had it changed at 70K, but I could not remember since it was 5 yrs ago at a different auto shop and I didnât remember if I kept my records (Iâm bad with records). Great quality, old fashioned personal service These guys are the best. I have taken my cars there for over 10 years and I won't go anywhere else. I just trust them. They are honest, they are quick, and they really know their cars.
Great place for post warranty or all service Finding FCS has made owning my 528 much simpler and more affordable. The work is great and the staff and owner are great to get along with. If you own one of the German marques and are looking for a quality alternative look no further. Give them a call.
Good Honest Mechanic I have had great experiences with FCS and continue to take my car here even after moving 45 min away. A few times I tried to self diagnose the problem or got a write up from the dealer, the FCS mechanics found the actual issues saving me a ton of money. I trust them completely and am impressed that they didn't go for the self imposed large bills nor the substantial dealer diagnosis but fixed my car at the quarter the cost.
Tragedy averted These professionals are superior to any other service facility I've visited. My 1999 Jag XK8 lost an engine driving from a friend's funeral in New York. I had her brought 100 miles back to FSC (I don't trust anyone else) and was given three replacement options for the engine. Their mechancis helped me choose the best option for my financial situation and didn't try to push me to the biggest profit choice. Completely overpriced- am appalled I was a mechanic during college, and would have done what needed to be done to our car in 20 minutes, but we were strapped for time so they had me over a barrel. Am completely disgusted with the pirces these guys charged. I brought the vehicle in for a simple ignition parts replacement- very simple- something that takes literally 20 minutes to diagnose and replace (yes- a caveman could do it).
