Fair pricing, dependable, and honest work. Ward has been the family mechanic for more than two decades. Not once have we had to bring anything back. I call that good.

Was actually looking forward to taking my Audi to get serviced here. Made an appointment a week ago to have my car serviced today. Show up fifteen minutes early to my appointment and they inform me they can't get my car in today. Another project ran over and they don't have the space. Which is understandable but pick up the phone and let your customers know what's going on. Didn't even give me a second thought and then they tell me they can't get me back in for another week.
