Prices & Customer Service
The prices were worst than the dealerships. And when I got there to get my car one of the techs was out riding around in it, I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for him to bring my car back. They say he was at the car wash. I didn’t bring my car there to be washed. I never authorized anyone to drive it anywhere. It smells like they wasted oil under the hood somewhere. Long time customer of foreign auto for more than 20 years. Small family owned shop that is fair on price as well as still having fully trained technicians. Dealership service at half the price.
Able to schedule maintenance when needed. Work done on time. The needed repairs were effectively communicated to me. Always have confidence the work is done right. Would not take my BMW anywhere else.
