Ask them about their first car purchase - a $25 Volkswagen Beetle they pushed two miles back to their house when they were 13 and 11. Made the best of a bad situation. The repairs and the price were in line, and the service was great.
I came in early Monday morning after an accident the previous Friday afternoon. I wanted my trusted mechanic, Chuck Thompson, to assess the damage I had sustained with my 2014 Subaru Forester prior to delivering it to the body shop for repair.
