I was referred to Ryan by my primary care nurse practitioner for hip and hamstring pain from running. So thankful she sent me here! Ryan is very knowledgeable, analytical, and really listens to you. He figured out that I had a weak core and right hip from my four pregnancies and childbirth. He taught me exercises and how to make adjustments to those exercises to strengthen my weak areas. I started seeing Ryan months ago in my attempt to help my arthritic knee pain. I have finished with a much stronger knee that can tolerate some strenuous hiking! Ryan discovered that my left ankle was restricted from my surgery to repair the broken fibula so he worked on that with amazing results. I am excited about my improvements and his ability to motivate me and help me!
I have only been going for therapy for one week but has helped tremendously. The doctor thought that I needed to see a neurosurgeon and Ryan has helped me so much already that I don't think I will be seeing the doctor. I will recommend him to anybody I know needing a physical therapist. He is a very caring and nice person.
