Latest frustration: Paid my rent in full through their portal, then, accidentally, paid it again the next day. I can’t afford two months of rent at once, so called and asked to refund second payment as I had made it in mistake. Was told this could not be done. So I contacted my bank and had them dispute the double payment. Forefront then charged me an NSF fee of $50 for the returned payment even though my rent was already paid in full.
