I went to see physio because of calf pain. It was thought to be muscle tear after the initial consultation. I received a call from Steve in the late afternoon, even though he was not the one I met that day. He suggested I also see a GP to rule out something more serious, even though the symptoms don't exactly match. I did it and it turned out to be the case. So I really appreciated the follow-up call and the professionalism demonstrated by Steve!
