Steph has been helping me through my rehab, and has guided me through it all at a pace I'm comfortable with, with a very informative approach to help avoid any further injuries in the future. The gym sessions under her guidance at the clinic have been invaluable. Highly recommend!

Lochie was outstanding- I had terrible vertigo - his professionalism was amazing and Cross fingers he seems to have fixed the problem in one session
