The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I took my 93 yr old Mother there and wouldn't hesitate to go back
I waited a long time in the waiting room. I understand that things happen, but 30 minutes past my appointment… The young lady that roomed me was great (Tasha?) It was my first time seeing Kaitlyn. Very nice. Addressed my concerns right away. Answered questions. Explained various bumps and spots. Worked quickly (probably because the office was so behind) but I didn’t feel rushed. I felt very comfortable with her.
