I made an appointment here for rosacea over the phone and provided all insurance information. I was told they accept my insurance. When I arrived in person, I was told my insurance wasn't accepted and I had to pay out of pocket. I went ahead with the appointment anyway since I already called off work and wasted a day. The office told me on the way out the door I can not be seen again since my insurance is not accepted. They would not schedule a follow up. Providers are inconsistent...one will tell you something & another will contradict it on the next appointment. They want you to shut up & listen to them while having no interest in hearing what you have to say so I don't know how you could ever resolve the inconsistencies. I do, however, want to thank the office & nursing staff for being such lovely people.

I went here for the removal of an agioma. I was told by the Doctor that insurance would not be billed, but that the fee was $100. I paid that amount and the procedure was performed. The procedure was NOT successful (the angioma was still there) and I keep receiving bills for an additional $63. I called the office and explained the situation. No solution was offered. I was told that the additional charge would remain as being owed and I was not invited back in to have the problem corrected. I am giving this place one star bec... read more
