This is the second time my appointment has been cancelled literal days before, after waiting MONTHS for care. It’s been almost four months now and the severity of my hair loss has worsened so that I do not think there is any resolving it. They only provide one care specialist in hair, and she apparently cannot manage to keep any appointment times.
Edit to add, I’ve tried for 2 days to submit my experience at the email the listed and each time it’s given me an error message. So aside from email the local branch-which I did there appears to be no other way to have your experience shared. Had a mole removed and t was an awful experience, when I reached out after it became infected I was brushed off and told it looked “fine” even after having gone to urgent care to get a culture that confirmed it was very much infected.
