Very prompt,thorough, and excellent bedside manner.
Our visit was a morning with bad roads. Some of the staff were running late but they got us taken care of in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Doctor was very thorough in his exam and explained things clearly.
I greatly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of all of the staff in the Coldwater office!
