I entered for my appointment at 12:57p and a female with braids informed me to have a seat. There was another guy sitting there. She called him up to the window to verify his insurance. Then she yelled through the window what’s my last name. I asked her did she want me to come to the window and she said no. Mind u I can’t see her because I’m sitting at the seat to the wall behind the main door. I told her I have a 1p and she said there are 2. I told her then I’m the other 1p then. Was always there only 5-7 minutes with uncomfortable silences. Dr. Berkson only looked at my skin for 3 seconds and didn't really seem to care about my concerns or helping me at all. My skin has gotten significantly worse since going here. Will be going elsewhere.
UPDATE: Since my posting, Forefront responded to this review, yet still didn’t contact me. I eventually got ahold of the sister location, Berwyn. The receptionist was very rude. She argued the validity of my prescription, claiming they have no record of me taking it. It’s a prescription I’ve been using daily for three years. She claimed I would need a new appointment to get this medication prescribed, despite having just been in for a check up last month. I've been a patient here for two years now and as of recent I've been having the most difficult time getting ahold of this practice. Twice now I've requested refills of a medication that they don't answer for over a week then deny, followed by radio silence about the denial. Nobody answers the phone and the online portal doesn't work to send a message. I eventually got a refill of one of the prescriptions by doing a check up appointment.
