My first visit with a dermatologist and they made me feel comfortable and explained everything I needed to know. The only exception is the online booking process that had me enter all my information up to and including my Drivers license photo to be told “ That system does not connect to this other one”, and needing to fill out all paperwork again. Other than that, fantastic experience.
I had a fantastic experience! The location is super convenient with plenty of parking, and the office itself is beautiful and welcoming. I barely had to wait, which was such a relief—so many medical offices keep you waiting forever, but not here. Dr. Bush gave me a very thorough skin exam without making me feel rushed at all. I came in for a " mole check and concerns about discoloration in my hand. Dr. Bush's staff very concerned and professional. Asked appropriate questions. Dr. Bush came in, introduced herself and her entire demeanor was friendly, engaging and professional. She explained what she was examining and gave her findings.
