Imagine making a 1 star review before even entering the establishment. My fiance called to make an appointment at the dermatologist for her hs flare ups and was met with unfriendly and far from kind service. Prior to calling we were told we would not need a referral, but the man on the other end would not get us an appointment set up without one and was acting very annoyed with our call.
