Very kind, helpful,and patient with an old man who suffers from dementia 🥺. Had to explain things many times. Plus they solved a skin issue no one else did!
Nurse was nice and took time to discuss products with us. The assistant was very cold and barely said a word to us or even looked in our direction. I thought maybe she had a bad day. Fast forward a month to the day we are supposed to have the appointment we waited a month for... leave work early for the appointment and get to the office and it's closed. Call the office and go through the hassle of the call tree and after 10 minutes finally get to an appointment setter who says the appointment was never scheduled. He got me t... read more
