I hate leaving a two star review because the staff are AMAZING and deserve more than five stars, but the horrible experience with the customer service call center was so incredibly sub par, we almost switched providers. Thankfully, we got a call back from the actual receptionist at the clinic which reminded us of the care we received. Saving money on customer service should never be a priority in this type of field.
