I've had the misfortune of going to this dermatologist a number of times and every single time it is a dreadful experience. Not to say they're treatment is laughable, since every visit was just freezing, something I could do at home. But what was infuriating was that they would cancel and reschedule my appointments hours on advance when I have arranged time off of work.
