Dermatologist and medical staff are great. No problems. Reception staff - not so much. Had yet another experience with a receptionist who rolled her eyes and was impatient with me because I asked a question following up on something the Dr said and she had to go back and ask. I've been a professional woman for 38 years and know how to interact with people. I don't deserve that kind of reaction from a receptionist who doesn't like her job. Dr Yang was excellent. Addressed all my needs and did a great job!
People, believe the slew of 1 star reviews of this "practice ". I arrived 15 minutes early. Took 10 minutes to check in because counter clerks ignored me. My appointment was for 2:50 pm, at 3:25 pm I remained waiting with zero interaction or friendly update.. Had to use the bathroom. Guess what? They don't have one in the lobby for patients. After waiting an entire hour with nothing from any employee I left. Believe the slew of 1 star reviews. What a racket.
Despite payment, unethically sending already paid invoices. Office non-responsive.
