Dr Yang is incredible.
Dermatologist and medical staff are great. No problems. Reception staff - not so much. Had yet another experience with a receptionist who rolled her eyes and was impatient with me because I asked a question following up on something the Dr said and she had to go back and ask. I've been a professional woman for 38 years and know how to interact with people. I don't deserve that kind of reaction from a receptionist who doesn't like her job.
