Front office staff are welcoming. Fireplace in Winter adds a nice ambiance. Physicians, PAs and nurses are knowledgeable and I trust their work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
From the front desk staff to Rachel Ford the Physicians Assistant the service was top notch. Did not have to wait long to get in from my appointment and did not wait long in the waiting room. Rachel was very friendly and down to earth, she even called me when she was on vacation about a follow up issue I had. Now that is great customer service.
I had a wonderful experience with Marie Kresse, PA-C! She listened to me and really took the time to understand and examine my issue. I felt very comfortable speaking with her. I will definitely return if need be.
