Would not recommend this dermatologist or office / center. For one, they barely answer the phone or give call backs in a timely manner. Their patient portal barely works and won’t let you message your provider so then you have to call which doesn’t work. Yes, Dr. M is very nice and always pleasant, but that doesn’t make it okay. Every visit I have had is extremely fast, I feel I don’t even have my concerns met or barely at the least. I have been a patient at Forefront across many locations in Wisconsin for 20 years. I am leaving Forefront Dermatology due to my experience with this office :( I was charged for an office visit and injections, due to them losing my paperwork. I had to return to the office to fill in the paperwork again, and was charged for the visit and injection. I was not met with understanding or an apology. I will not be returning to Forefront Dermatology because of this experience.
Update: I initially had a great experience with them but when it came time to have a more serious issue taken care of, my experience went from top notch to horrible. I had basil cell carcinoma removed and no part of the process went well. I very nearly passed out after the procedure and they tilted me head down, feet up and left me in the room alone for over 15 minutes. They left the stitches in for over 2 weeks so I now have railroad track scars. Despite the very deep incision, they recommend I only treat with Vaseline and ... read more
The services are great, the timeliness not so much. I have been very pleased with the services provided but every appointment I have had has started at least 10 minutes late even first thing in the morning. I expect this later in the day but with appointments first thing in the morning it is a problem. Plan ahead.
