Friendly and efficient.
Dr. Schutte takes the time to explain everything that is going on and answer any questions you have. She also made conversation to distract me when I was nervous about a procedure. She and the staff treat you like a person and not a transaction.
I absolutely love Dr. Schutte, but the billing and scheduling system is absolutely awful for Forefront Dermotology. I continued to get texts that a bill was due, but every time I went in to make a payment, the system would say my balance was zero. After the third text saying a balance was due I called in and requested a return call instead of waiting and the system never called me back. After another text I called in and after an extremely long wait I finally got someone to speak with. They eventually figured out that there ... read more
Dr. Paul Gruber and his nurse were both great listeners and answered all questions I had regarding upcoming MOHS procedure. Dr. Gruber took time to explain all Options and drew pictures of what he anticipated the procedure and outcome would be. Excellent visit.
Great experience.The nurse there was great and helped me feel at ease and calmed my nerves as I was having some skin cells removed for testing
