Wonderful staff that makes you feel very comfortable and welcome!!! I had a bad experience elsewhere with a different dermatologist who rushed in and out of my appointment (and left me with a giant scar from a mole removal on my foot.) After this, I was intimidated to go anywhere else, until I went here- This place is different!!! This place consistently runs between 30 minutes and 60 minutes behind schedule. Twice they forgot to fill my prescription causing a major delay with a medication over a weekend, and once they submitted the wrong order to my insurance causing an additional delay. They are also incredibly unapologetic for their mistakes. I will be looking for a new dermatologist.
