Don’t go to Alina (however she spells it) if you’re looking to have the appt you booked out months prior only to be canceled a week before for an “emergency”. How you plan an emergency a week out is beyond me. Reason why she’s getting two stars is because she’s decent, but obviously keeps taking new clients since she is months out. Bad business practice in my opinion.
They are always welcoming and put you at ease. They explain procedures thoroughly and when I have a concern about an area they take it seriously.
