This was a new dermatologist as I moved to the area. Customer care was their priority and made me feel welcomed.
It was great.
Dr. Katz removed a small basel cell spot on my back July 2. He made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure and expectations for afterwards. The procedure was painless with very minimal, short-lived discomfort after the anesthetic wore off. A day later the incision looks good. A very positive experience. I highly recommend Forefront Dermatology, New London.
When it comes to medical care it’s great to have Alaina and her team! They make you feel welcome, answer all questions, but most importantly spend the time with you! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
