Hi, here's my experience. I had an appointment with Michelle Lewis. She was quick and dismissive. I questioned her superficial diagnosis, she insisted she was accurate. She was not accurate. She doesn't seem to care. Help! I need to go somewhere else to get the care I need for such a simple issue. My advice, consider somewhere else as a solid first option.

When I made my appt. I was asked if I wanted a all over body check, I replied no. I just wanted a few brown spots removed on my face. The dr. Came in talked with me on how he was going to remove them. He removed them. I left. Paid 175.00 cash before I left the building. Then, several weeks later, received another bill for 179.00. When I called to question it, I was told that was the way the dr. Coded it. He did nothing but freeze some small brown spot. I was thrilled with the 175.00, but almost 400.00 is just rediculas. First, I have never gave a bad review to a dermatology location. But, the Forefront Dermatology at the Appleton location patients beware! Especially, new patients! Lying and deceptive to new patients and charge you for outrageous prices for there services to you without you knowing until you receive a bill for the service you came for and are forced to pay whatever they charge you!
