I have been trying to have someone at this Company assist me with a request close to 2 weeks now. When I finally reached a receptionist about a week ago, she took down my information and stated somebody would reach out to me. A week later I am calling again because nobody has reached out; the same receptionist took my call, took down my information again and stated somebody would reach out to me.
Extremely bad management practices company! Very unprofessional. They take full payment upfront, then provide an irresponsible report ,leaves you helpless and facing serious losses. Stay away!!!
Changed the proctor numbers 5 times in 3 days, had to remove and replace every lift we did. Pissed off 3 companies in one move.
Great company to associate with. If I could, I would give 10 stars.
