hard to work with I am trying to prep for a foreclosure auction in Redwood city in 2 days. Christina at The Foreclosure Company was very helpful 2 weeks ago when we intitially spoke, but I cannot get a phone call returned and they NEVER answer their phone. Very frustrating. I could not recommend this company.....and thankfully I will not have to use them to foreclose on a property. Foreclosure Officer At The Forelcosure Co., Inc. we work between the borrower and beneficiary of delinquent Notes secured by Deeds of Trust. The last step of a foreclosure is a public auction; this is not the focus of our work. We will inform potential bidders of the opening bid, property address, place and date of sale. However, we find in unethical to inform random callers about the borrowers personal, financial information.
