They should have zero stars! I moved to Boulder Pointe Apartments in 2016. When I first moved into the newly developed apartment, I loved it. At that time I rented a 2bath 2bedroom. My mother and I decided we wanted something bigger, so we upgraded to a 2bath 3bedroom across the hall from our old apartment. This was a nightmare. Honestly If I could give lower I would. I have been dealing with Skye McClintock in Tempe Arizona since April I have a disability and a housing voucher and I have been getting the run around since day one. Quote after quote and I’m sorry we rented the last one bedroom and yesterday the apartment they quoted me for a one bedroom mysteriously was rented and I did an application and was approved. Fore property is a horrible company. In particular one of their “Fake” upscale luxury apartments called 19 South . The management at 19 South in particular (Madeley) should not even be employed. She is rude, disrespectful, a liar straight to your face and never keeps her word.
