I lived here for about two years and overall, I don't regret it one bit. My place was cozy, my internet was good and the neighbors were friendly as far as I could tell (I keep to myself a lot). Con: The parking is kind of difficult given the size and set up of the lot. They have a system where everyone has a guaranteed spot for their unit but it seemed like a lot of the families that lived here had more than one car. Man I loved living here. It was quiet. Neighbors and mgmt didn't ever bother me. Only problem I did have was when I moved out after 4yrs of renting here they charged me for normal wear and tear....such as my neighbor toilet overflowing on thanksgiving ruined my carpet outside the 1/2 bathroom downstairs which was totally not my fault. Other than that again I loved it.
This place is a ripoff. The owners dont care about people just there money. Wont fix anything and if you complain about stuff needing fix they will find a way to put you out and keep your deposit. The owners charile hof and bridgett are conartist and fasely advertivise on complex. Example parking sucks, front doors were never updated, camera system doesnt work however they claim it does, basements leak when it rains, need i say more.
I lived in these town homes for 2 years. In that time my car was vandalized by another tenant, the manager and owner entered my unit without informing me before or after that they had entered (this happened multiple times and when I tried to get a hold of the manager to find out why they entered my unit he refused to take my calls), and was yelled at and degraded by the owner.
