My Mazda Miata was hail damaged in July, 2019. I took the car to Fordyce and was told that it could be fixed. So I made an appointment and when I showed up for my appointment a few weeks later, there were no parts ordered and then found out that the technician would not even touch or repair it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It seemed disorganized and one particular person gave me the run-around for 2 mos. One day I showed up for an appointment and the person to fix my car had left for the day without notifying me. He still didn't have the part because " car dealers don't keep them on the rack after 5 years". Additionally, the car part that was in waiting to be repaired was further damaged by attempting to temporarily fix it.
