Get a price before they do the work. They asked several times to get a price. They charged my elderly in-laws 700+ to work on a hot water issue. Charged more than a new hot water heater. Parts were marked up a crazy amount. Still haven't fixed the issue. Would not recommend this business.
I wouldn’t use this plumbing service. Our hot water heater quit working on a weekend awhile ago back so I googled and found these guys and called and left a message. Meanwhile my husband searched for a thermal couple and ordered it from ace in Centralia which was going to be in on Monday afternoon. So Monday morning Ford plumbing drove up with out calling and they said they come to fix the water heater. Be sure and get an estimate 1st. You get charged by the hourly rate from the time they leave shop and go back. If they need additional parts you pay for them to go and get. A plumber who arrives without copper pipe and fittings to do a bathroom is unprofessional.
My parents are in their 80's and live in Illinois and I live in Florida making it hard to help them from a distance. My best friend that lives in Illinois, Denise, called Ford, set up the appointment for Ford plumbing to come help with the sewer issue that was causing my parents severe stress! Ford went above and beyond to get my parent's sewer issue fixed within a few days PLUS the charge was unbelievably fair for the work they provided for their excellent service!
