This place is a dump. Junk almost in every aisle. It makes it hard to get around. Looks like people are living in units. Trash is everywhere. Very embarrassing to bring help to help me in my unit. Units always get broken into. Im moving out and going to a cleaner and safer place. Very sketchy people working there.

This place is the most horriblest storage facility that I've ever seen. The manager that works and lives there is unprofessional an rude. She needs to be terminated and let go cause of the way she manages the property of storage facility. She lets the homeless people live in the storage units and random walks of life's . I feel it's not a safe storage facility at all or secure with all the break inns the storage facility has had. So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .

The manager is super nice and helpful. Originally went in for a 10x30 unit, but all were rented but the moment one became available she got me right In one

Had to give it a single star just to remove my last review. Place isn't worth my time to write about it. Rent here after being warned then I don't feel bad for you. Find a different place. There are hundreds of options in San Antonio. Don't be a fool.

Changing my review again due to new employees hired recently and the one employee who was harassing us and making me very uncomfortable is no longer employed here. This place is being ran much better now, and the security of the place and our property is superb! The owner of this place is a very friendly, kind-hearted guy who is very understanding and helpful. I definitely feel that our property is safe here now and I am much more comfortable now that they got rid of the employee who was making me uncomfortable.
