This place is a dump. Junk almost in every aisle. It makes it hard to get around. Looks like people are living in units. Trash is everywhere. Very embarrassing to bring help to help me in my unit. Units always get broken into. Im moving out and going to a cleaner and safer place. Very sketchy people working there.

This place is like a box of chocolates.🤪 Update: Now when I said "Like a box of chocolates" I mean you can never be too sure of what's happening. We recently set up shop here in the retail portion "The Toolbox" we sell name brand new and used tools at discount (unbelievably low prices). What? I had to take the opportunity. Anyway, the place is, or was pretty dang good when we moved in. Changing my review again due to new employees hired recently and the one employee who was harassing us and making me very uncomfortable is no longer employed here. This place is being ran much better now, and the security of the place and our property is superb! The owner of this place is a very friendly, kind-hearted guy who is very understanding and helpful. I definitely feel that our property is safe here now and I am much more comfortable now that they got rid of the employee who was making me uncomfortable.

Xavier, the guy who stays on the property goes around harassing people who are working on their projects at night. It's a 24 hour facility and the business card specifically says it's a place for your hobbies. He has put locks on my units when the bill is paid and disabled my entry code as well. He's lazy and puts a sign on the door stating that he's out on the property when really he just leaves work early. I highly recommend this place. I’ve had to store my stuff for 5yrs until I finally got my home. Anytime I needed access because (deployed) I lost my key or forgot my code, this guys were there. The price is affordable, easy access and my stuff was safe here. I just want to thank the staff for great customer service through the years 🙌🏼
