Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning. The service was poor from the very beginning. After our order was taken, it took approximately 20 minutes just to receive water. To make matters worse, the staff waited until the rest of our food was ready before informing us that one of our three meals was unavailable because they had run out of it. I just came from this place, and the service is garbage—starting with the manager, who doesn't resolve a single thing. I am never coming back here; it’s trash. I was here three weeks ago and Alexander took care of us—it was amazing. Today, it was absolute garbage.
