I wanted to try this location since I was pretty close. After trying the burger here I definitely prefer the sanford location as the burger here wasn't seasoned at all and the burgers at the sanford location are amazing and really well seasoned. I've found a good thing at sanford so I won't mess that up again lol.
Love the new service format. Alex took care of us very well as did the entire staff.
I do not support their 20% required service fee which reduces the income of servers and has customers the salaries of the rest of their staff. The server is now paid by restaurant - 8% of sales as a commission.
The one star reviews regarding the service model are clearly people who refuse to rip for good service or were misinformed on how the program works. We have been coming to Fords since it opened and the service and food as always been great, as to why we keep coming back. We were informed of the new policy when we came to dine in this week, and the service was great!
