I was there about a week ago the food and atmosphere were solid, but the black hostess really stood out. She was super friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in and kept a great attitude even though the restaurant was busy. She made sure to accommodate everyone. On the other hand, the male host can be a bit passive aggressive and didn’t go out of his way to accommodate guest.

Busy wait on a Saturday! But the waitress was awesome and the burgers worth the wait. Don’t skip the onion ring tower.

I usually have a great experience at Ford’s Garage, and the food is consistently delicious, fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. The real highlight, though, is the host up front Melissa! She’s welcoming, professional, and genuinely made my children and I feel comfortable the moment they walk in. She stands out in the best way and clearly cares about customer experience, which makes a huge difference. That said, my experience has changed depending on who’s running things I suppose . Denise was our server and was wonderful. She has waited on us several times before and is always very pleasant and efficient. We are snow birds and come to Ford's once or twice a week when we are in town. The food, service and atmosphere is always great except for all of the pickup trucks with loud music and loud pipes.
