Chef John and Natasha were top tier! Professionalism runs through this business, not only with their incredibly delicious food but with their service, responsiveness, set-up, and amazing crew. We decided to go with a couple of hors d’oeuvres along with the the taco bar and it was flavorful and presented beautifully! We had a bit of a tricky situation since both my now-husband and I are vegan but had plenty of meat-eating guests. We wanted southern comfort meets fine dining with vegan options that even the most carnivorous guest couldn't resist, and Fords developed a completely unique menu item of TOFU CHICK'N AND WAFFLES!!! which is my favorite dish and they let us modify an existing package to do exactly what we wanted. Fluent n Foods worked with us last minute during a COVID wedding. They were flexible and professional. I received lots of compliment on the food the night of and after my wedding. The planning process and tasting was easy. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that they tried to charge us for vendor plated salads and nickel and dimed us a bit for a few things that worked out to be like almost $200 dollars.
